Once in a while I need a reminder of things that are obvious...because life hits and I forget.
I attend a Lutheran Graduate School and there are often spiritual messages brought up in classes, posted on the website, or mentioned in an email.
I have been attending a course for the past 8 weeks...sitting in the same classroom for 4 hours each class period. However, it wasn't until tonight, the last night of class, that I looked up at a poster on the wall that said:
"Never be afraid to trust an unknown future
to a known God."
Simple, profound, true, and so often forgotten as I worry about the unknowns of life.
My answer is to continue to get to know my God.
I'm fortunate...because I have the tools to do just that.
